We work with trusted international shipping carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary by location and are noted at checkout or on the individual product pages.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method selected, before applicable taxes.
We offer FREE standard shipping on Canadian orders of C$99 or more. Orders under C$99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of C$25. Orders under C$99 CAD will incur a shipping fee. Free shipping is available for Canadian orders of C$99 CAD or more.
Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting us as soon as possible. We understand plans can change and are happy to assist.
Custom or Handmade Items
Since our items are handcrafted and often made to order, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds on customized products once production has started. Please double-check sliver, bead selections, or finishes carefully before placing your order.
Product Quality and Incomplete Orders
Each piece we create is unique — small variations are part of the handmade charm. If your order arrives with missing items, or you believe there’s a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crystalwishes88@gmai.com with photos and your order number. We’re committed to making things right.
Exchange Policy
At Crystal Wishes, we do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the original (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
To qualify for a return, the original item must be:
